The location of the hotel was perfect, it was close to everything. It was next to Teatralnaya metro station which made it convenient to explore the city. it was located in the center of the city, making it easy to access various attractions. I also liked that it was on the Warsaw-Kiev express route, which was great for day trips. the hotel was close to two metro stations, which made it convenient for getting around the city quickly.
There was a small inconvenience with the noise outside the hotel in the courtyard. Due to building works and vehicles, it was difficult to sleep in past 8am.

Fantastic location, friendly staff
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as having to climb a long flight of stairs to reach the elevator and the inconvenience of not having a standing shower but a jacuzzi tub instead, these minor inconveniences were outweighed by the positives of the hotel.

The apartments were clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and helpful in guiding us around the city. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions.
The exterior of the hotel was quite shabby, with graffiti-covered walls and a strong stench of urine in the lift. This put a damper on our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything and right near the city Square. We could easily reach all the tourist attractions on foot. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge, and TV. Everything was always clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.
No negatives from this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is fantastic, being literally next to a metro station. It made exploring the city so convenient, especially since it is also close to the railway station. Secondly, the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, with nice decor and in pretty good condition. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and definitely a great way to start the day.
Honestly, I couldn't find anything to fault with this hotel. Everything was just fine.
