The location of the hotel was perfect, it was close to everything. It was next to Teatralnaya metro station which made it convenient to explore the city. it was located in the center of the city, making it easy to access various attractions. I also liked that it was on the Warsaw-Kiev express route, which was great for day trips. the hotel was close to two metro stations, which made it convenient for getting around the city quickly.

There was a small inconvenience with the noise outside the hotel in the courtyard. Due to building works and vehicles, it was difficult to sleep in past 8am.

During my recent stay at Theatre Boutique Apart-Hotel, I was kinda surprised by the fantastic location and the friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a quiet spot in the city center, away from the busy tourist zones. This allowed me to enjoy a peaceful stay while still being within a 5-minute walk of all the major tourist destinations in the city center. The staff at the hotel were friendly and competent, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry.

The apartments were clean and spacious, a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful in guiding us around the city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions.

This put a damper on our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything and right near the city Square. We could easily reach all the tourist attractions on foot. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge, and TV. Everything was always clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful and kind, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is fantastic, being literally next to a metro station. It made exploring the city so convenient, especially since it is also close to the railway station. Secondly, the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, with nice decor and in pretty good condition. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and definitely a great way to start the day.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything to fault with this hotel. Everything was just fine.
